Since 1915 Haigh's Chocolates have created and manufactured a unique range of award winning, premium priced chocolates that are sold only through their exclusive retail outlets.
Haigh's is the oldest family owned chocolate manufacturing retailer in Australia and currently employs over 300 people. They are one of few specialist chocolate manufacturing retailers in the world whose chocolate making begins with roasting the raw cocoa bean.
Roasting their own beans allows the development of unique blends of premium chocolate of distinctive quality, taste, and aroma. Many of their chocolates are made or decorated by hand using artisan skills that takes many years to perfect. They currently offer over 200 varieties of chocolate.
