Gallant Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian export facilitation company and designer/sole distributor for the Export Automation® software package.  Gallant Pty Ltd personnel have a combined experience of over 50 years in international trade, training and software design and offer a unique blend of skills to clients.  

Export Automation is specifically designed as a cost effective program to assist small to medium exporting companies prepare commonly used international trade documents with professional presentation.  The program has the unique advantage of an integrated costing module that is able to prepare quotations and pro forma invoices using Incoterms 2000.

The program has a self installation disk so an operator with average computer skills can install quickly.  The on-line Operator’s Manual, Tutorials and a detailed Help Menu help the operator(s) understand the program and prepare export documentation quickly.  The documents produced conform to the internationally accepted United Nations Layout Key for Trade Documents. Gallant Pty Ltd offers training in the program for those new to export procedures and export documentation software. 

Generic export procedures and documentation training is also offered for those new to international trade. Specific training can be tailored to individual company requirements. For those exporters who do not wish to prepare their documents or who have not yet acquired the expertise Gallant Pty Ltd offers a documentation bureau service and consultancy to assist understanding the myriad of procedures and documents associated with international trade.
